Every move includes Released Value Coverage at $0.60 per pound per item at no extra cost. This basic coverage is based on weight, not actual value. For stronger protection, we offer Full Value Protection. If an item is lost or damaged, it is repaired, replaced, or compensated based on its value. Coverage starts at $6.00 per pound, with options to declare a higher value.

We use trained crews and specialized equipment to handle items like pianos, safes, antiques, and large electronics. Each item is assessed before the move, packed using appropriate materials, and secured for transport to minimize risk during loading, transit, and unloading.
Moves canceled or rescheduled at least 10 calendar days before the scheduled date qualify for a full deposit refund or can be transferred to a new date. Changes made within 10 days may be subject to reduced refunds based on the service agreement, which is reviewed before booking.
