As a US moving company it is important for us to have a common set of ethical practices and standards. This RELOQ's Code of Conduct describes what our employees considers to be appropriate employee conduct of moving services.

This meansthat it does not excuse/exempt employee from taking further precautions as regards employee’s actions and responsibilities described in this document if find it necessary in a particular situation.

Sanctions for breach of this Road Haulier

Any non-compliance with the RELOQ's Code of Conduct is taken very seriously. In case of serious or repeated breaches, RELOQ reserves the right, without liability, to terminate the business relationship with immediate effect.

RELOQ Moving Services Road Safety Policy

Our trucks populate the roads of North America every day. Our policy is that driving must be undertaken with the utmost care and attention - and that drivers must always comply 100% with local and interstate traffic laws.
Whenever our trucks are on the road, we require that our Drivers live up to our policy for safe conduct on the road - and that they always drive according to local and federal traffic laws and regulations.
We rely on the public to report any road traffic violations involving our branded truck or trailer. If you witness unlawful or bad driving, we want to know, so we can follow up and take appropriate action.
Please contact your local RELOQ office and report any incidents, including unsafe and/or in considerate driving.
Please note that without a truck/trailer number, we may not be able to identify the driver. In any case,please report the incident and provide as many details as possible. Thank you.
